Question 1 - How do I place an order?

You can place an order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by adding the items you require to your basket.  As you shop you can view and amend your order at any time by clicking on "Cart Contents". When your order is complete, click on "Checkout" and enter your customer details, delivery details and payment information.

Your order will not be placed until you click on the “Send” button at the bottom of the order form. As your security is paramount to us your transaction will be encrypted and processed in a secure environment. Look out for the closed lock symbol in the bottom of your browser window to confirm the connection is secure when transferred to Cardsave/Streamline, who process our secure online payments. When transferred and connected to the Cardsave/Streamline website, there maybe a short delay between submitting your order and receiving a response. This response will confirm that your payment has been successful and will then transfer you back to Golf Boutiques website.

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will process your order, and a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. If the goods you order are not available, we may offer to supply you with substitute goods. If you decide not to accept the substitute goods, we will cancel your order.

If you wish to order by telephone please call us on 01224 702221 between the hours of 8am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Saturday and Sunday (Summer Season).

Please have the product code of the item you wish to order, together with your credit or debit card ready when you call.

If you wish to order outside the above hours you can leave your order on our answerphone service. Please speak clearly and leave your name and daytime telephone number in case of query.

Question 2 - Is there parking near your shops?

At Royal Aberdeen Golf Club you can park in the Golf Club car park and access the shop through the pro shop.
