Shipping & Returns


We aim to offer a prompt delivery service and despatch all orders received within 3 working days of receipt of payment.  If after your puchase online it becomes apparent that an item is not in stock or sold out we will contact you by telephone or email advising you whether we are able to obtain another from the manufacturer (at which the delivery time may be longer) and whether you still wish to proceed with the order and will specify a projected delivery date.  Alternatively we can refund the value of your purchase to you.

Please Note: Someone must be present at the address to sign for your package. Please make sure that your package is unopened/undamaged before signing for it. Any packages that appear to be opened or damaged must be signed for accordingly to substantiate an insurance claim.

When a specific product is very popular and/or during sale/special offer periods, several customers could place orders for the same last item in stock at the same time. This may result in an item being displayed as available when it has just sold out. If this occurs with an order you place, we will contact you as soon as possible by phone and/or email to update you.

We entrust the Royal Mail to deliver your orders promptly in a reliable and convenient manner.


Shipping within the UK for all orders up to 2kg in weight will be charged at £4.95.

Shipping within the UK for all orders over 2kg in weight will be confirmed by email.

Shipping within the UK for all order over the value of £100 will be free.

Shipping costs to the rest of the world will be confirmed by email.


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return it in its original condition, unworn (we understand you''ll want to try things on but please avoid getting marks on make up on them) and labels within 14 days of purchase for an exhchange or refund.  Please carefully package the item and return to the following address:

When you are returning an item please enclose your name, address and phone number with a print out of your original purchase order.  Once we receive your returned item we will notify you via email of your refund as long as it is returned in the condition sent. 

Please note that we do not offer a free returns service and all return delivery charges are the responsibilty of the customer.  We recommend you return items by recorded delivery and retain proof of postage.  We regret we do not take responsibilty for parcels lost in transit from customes.  Proof of posting is not proof of delivery. 

Please note that should we send you the wrong goods in error then the cost of return postage will be paid by us.


In order to speed up the exchange process we would recommend that you place a new order for the goods that you require so that you receive the required goods as soon as possible. Then when you ship the original goods back to us please include a note that you wish a refund and as soon as we receive these goods back we will issue the refund.
